setup wont wont allow you to overwrite the latest with the previews 
version.. If your installing while windows is running..
The only way I've been able to do this is by booting to the windowsxp cd-rom 
and then select repair windows XP installation when you try to install... do 
not select the format thing... it will tell you that ther is already a 
current windows installation just sellect to install over that.. it will 
copy the old settings...
