Not used their assembly service -- just PCB proto mfgr and if you can deal with the delays, the boards are pretty top shelf. I get the silk screen and solder mask and the whole thing comes back very professional. That really is what is so frustrating with dealing with them -- they produce a really excellent product, but they seem entirely unpredictable. I've even suggested that instead of saying a week and then it taking longer, just set peoples expectation at 3 weeks. While I'd love it to be faster, most of the aggravation is not knowing when it'll be done. I'd be less frustrated if I knew it would always be 3 weeks if they were explicit up front. But, back to your question -- I've seen a number of proto PCBs and about 1/2 of them have off-center drill holes, raggedy corners, mis-stamped silkscreen (i.e. stamped a bit too far one way or the other) or other minor glitches. Their boards look pro even when getting only one done.
