Except !!!
They do say:

         Do not use this command when Windows is running.

and

        Caution
        Do not use Append with Microsoft Windows
        or the Windows Setup program.

I like this one :-)

I THINK they're trying to tell us it's not  a good idea to use it with 
Windows ;-)
