Doctors and other medical professionals have a requirement/
opportunities to pursue continuing medical education; is there
a central repository for continuing engineering education
opportunities?

I'd like a single (or collection of) site(s) which list currently
active travelling seminars (e.g., Microchip or Atmel demos),
along with pending "destination" events, shows, conferences,
etc.

Emphasis on EE, of course, but anything will be appreciated
as I'll share it with coworkers in other disciplines.
