Dunno fo other services, but the Dutch postal services do cehck their
own services. And the Dutch 'consumers union' do that too, and always
seem to get a (slightly) worse outcome. But not too much difference. I
guess ~ 90% of all domestic packages arrive the next day. But I have had
one arrive after 3 months ...
