I built the board supplied voltage on 4 aaa size batterys using 2 x 9v connectors that had to be cut and customised to fit battery casing. Project only runs for 6hrs. So tried to modify the connector to connect to a 6V Lead acid battery but forgot to check the polarity killing the SX key that was connected, fried the 489 in the process (lights and smoke) I am trying to find the 489 locally (live in Singapore(We are hosting the IMF)) before trying your website thanks also Bean I didn't realize my post picture was not displayed Andrew ---------- End of Message ---------- You can view the post on-line at: http://forums.parallax.com/forums/default.aspx?f=7&p=1&m=142294#m144147 Need assistance?
