Hi All,

I want to use a Triac Output optoisolator like the MOC 3023 to turn on/off 
110V ac supply to a load. Do I just apply a dc voltage to the input diode to 
turn on the output triac (so that ac current will flow through the load) and 
apply a 0V to the diode to turn the triac off (no current flows through 
load)?
