If so, it would probably be similarly sized to the QuickProto-01, although I'm not going to constrain it to be exactly Eurocard size this time. Since this board would be specifically for USB, it would only support the few 18F PICs with USB capability, like the 18F2550, and maybe a 40 pin socket too for 18F4550 and its relatives.
