Well, my bottle of ferric chloride and oxalic acid happened to be right next to each other, so I tried mixing them. The mix stayed an ugly ferric chloride brown, so you're not going to get "magic." Whether it would remove "stains" from (ie) clothing, that are presumably some non-soluble byproduct (iron oxide?) is a separate question (I think I've seen oxalic acid in hardware stores as a rust stain remover, and/or as a component of wood bleach.) But I think it's not going to help much in your application...
