SIP decoupling capacitor array wanted:

Capacitors        6 preferred
Capacity           0.01 uF to  0.1 uF per capacitor
Pin spacing      2.54 mm / 0.1" (2.5mm OK)
Common         end pin.
Terminations   through hole
ROHS?            Don't care either way.

Any known sources?

I'm looking for a component that I'm sure must exist but which I can't 
locate any examples of. It's rarity may make its use a bad idea, but 
there may be multiple sources that I'm unaware of.

What I want is a "through-hole SIP decoupling capacitor array" - a 
number of capacitors with a common return and a single in line 
package, similar to the common resistor SIP packages. I want a 6 
capacitor SIP (up to 8 may be OK) with an end ground (common) return. 
Something with the ground not at one end may be usable.

I make these using SMD parts but it would be nice to just buy 
something.

Decoupling capacitor arrays in SMDs are available - but I can't find 
any in through hole.

I'm aware of sockets with capacitors in them and similar but these do 
not suit my need.
