Any small machine shop could do that, it sounds like a simple job.  Probably
half hour labour charge.  Check your local 'phone book.

You might find a hobbyist machinist who could do it as well, I've got the
tools for it (being a small lathe, milling machine or drill).

For =A3223 I'll make it & mail send it to you!  Hell, make it =A3222, I don=
't
want to overcharge  :).
