It's actually Marcel who wants to be woken in style, and he did
say he likes it loud

One of my get-around-to-it-one-day is an alarm clock for my
nephew. In the shape of sticks of dynamite with an old-fashioned
clock, curly red/blue wire and an audio that goes BOOOOOM
quite loudly

Plus assorted "motivational" ;-) phrases if he still insists on lying
in his pit

Chip is not the cheesy lo-fi ISD, but a now-obsolete TMS IC
that will do 15kHz
