Here's one ... typical summer temperature in the area where I live is = 32-34 deg C and humidity 60%. When I was in D=FCsseldorf for a couple years in the early 1990's typical = summer temperature was in the mid 20's C. No problem living in D=FCsseldorf without air conditioning. Not so here. Spent time in Portugal and Italy where summer temperatures were in the = 30's C but not with oppressive humidity. Could get by there without air = conditioning most of the time.
