sites
1) walk, occasional bike or car, car or plane
2) feet, 2 to 10 miles, 100+ miles or so
3) seconds, minutes, hours
4) n/a, in some cases relatively convenient bus which I have used when car 
in shop, intercity bus (yuck) or plane
