Are you sure the PLL locked on fundamental oscillation ? I'm asking because my Philips 100Mhz/250MS/s (PM3375) could be easily tricked in digital mode based of a Nyquist bulshit design (no antialising filter or a wrong one). So I can see all harmonics generated by Nyquist-/+real measured frequency. If I'm not carefull enough I can measure anything...
