Scraping the barrel a bit but an LC7120 and 10.24mhz xtal

27.12 is a CB radio freq from the old AM US allocation  (circa 1979 ish) all
the generation chips worked at 1/2 F and were synthesizers (PLL02 was the
other one) I have at least one in junk box

   I don't know if anyone else has noticed this, but there's a full design
for 
an RFID reader in the current issue of Elektor (September 2005). Only
problem 
is, it needs a 13.56MHz fundamental-mode crystal - as far as I can tell, 
13.56MHz is not a standard frequency. Does anyone know where I might be able

to get one of these crystals, or a 27.12MHz fundamental-mode crystal? TTL 
oscillators would also be fine...

   Failing that, can anyone suggest a way to generate a stable 13.56MHz
square 
wave? Bonus points for cheapness and "junkbox buildability" (i.e. if it can
be 
built out of stuff commonly found in a hobbyist's junk box)...

   The design in question is the "Experimental RFID Reader" by Martin
Ossmann, 
Elektor September 2006, p.34-38.
