I didn't found -till now- any 4MHz PIC device (running at 5V) which
can't run OK at 7.3728MHz.
More than that, the last test with F parts (16F88, 16F628) supplied at
3V, shows there is no problem even with clock of 14.7456MHz (at least
on that simple application I'm using: RF detectors, ADC, external I2c
eeprom, RS232 serial communication)
