Yes, but you have Anglo-German ears!  :-)  I don't think there is an exact equivalent in English, so you may have to go for a word which is a bit 
ambiguous ("build") or a bit ugly ("stuffing").

Or you could go for something less specific, and just call it "Option 1" etc.
