If it's derived from AC mains power, try running it on battery. Do you have hardware I/O connected to it? Noise could come in on those lines. Is it tucked away in the shop next to the EMI generator that only comes on at night? Is it up against the wall shared by the business next door who has their high power aircompressor come on at night?
