Im using ICProg 1.05D and TAIT Programmer, my programs run fine by
using this program on 16F628A.

I think ICProg can programe A version of 877A ?

I used the same 4Mhz crytsal on 16F84/16F84A/16F877 i dont think there
is any problem in crystal.

I have two 877A and both dont work. Well somehow when i eject it from
socket while keeping power in my circuit and then putting chip back in
socket i get some LEDs blink for sometime.

I think there is any fuse which doesnt let this chip to power on.
