I keep getting the error message after I built a soldered version of Gunther's SX-28 programming circuit in his book "Programming the SX Microcontroller" page 6. The error comes up when trying to program the SX-28 with the SX-Key. However, it programs fine on my PDB. It is pretty straight forward and I don't see any issues with my soldering either. I have a 7805 circuit for 5v regulation too. 
 

Any ideas?
