They state 14% return guaranteed!!!  Anybody who has that high return 
GUARANTEED is either does not know what they are talking about, severly 
underestimate risk, or are trying to fool people. 
There are few ALMOST guaranteed investments, e.g. government bonds.  
Unfortunately, they usualy have much lower returns, currently ~ 5% for US bonds.
