You don't say what your application is, apart from being underwater, but
could you make your own switch?

A Perspex disc with a piece of fridge magnet mounted in it, with suitable
method of detenting, mounted outside the waterproof case, operating a reed
switch or hall effect device inside the waterproof case. Would allow you to
have your own detent size - greater than the normal 30 degrees if you wish.
