I found http://www.lvr.com/usbcode.htm to be extremely helpful, particularly
http://www.comvcon.com/. <http://www.comvcon.com/> I just completed a
project with the pic18f4550 that interfaced analog and spi sensors to a
MSVC++ program with an MFC gui, and the PICConnector class in the code there
was invaluable in getting started.
