I agree with his comments on Microsoft. Bill Gates is the consummate 
"FlimFlam Man". But its
hard to understand how a qualified employee could be found without 
knowledge  of Microsoft
products.... possible employees might want to think about that first 
before applying. The ONLY
reason I have WinXP is because all my professional, expensive CAD 
programs require it.
