While this is deplorable, it could have been worse: lawyers or estate agents, for example. Hang on though, Tony Blair used to be a Barrister - QED! My opinion has always been that anyone who wants to run the country should be banned from doing so... I think we suffer from too much government - I wish they'd take a couple of years off and let the rest of us get things settled down.
