Somehow server rooms tend to get ignored in this situation, apart from making sure there's a fire escape, because people don't "work" in there. It always annoys me that people set up "server cupboards" that are almost impossible to get into, let alone work in, because there's are only ever someone in there when things need to be fiddled with, not on a day-to-day basis.
