Cafe Electric sounds like a very small business. Only a new small business 
owner is naive enough to expect a single person to be able to perform such a 
wide range of dissimilar duties, ranging from production scheduling to 
bathroom cleaning. Been there, done that. :)

"Excellent organizational skills and oral/written communication required."

It's ironic that a company that demands "excellent written communication" 
makes mistakes in its own job posting.

"Computer proficiency required. People who enjoy using Microsoft products 
need not apply, we have higher standards than that! (both morally and 
practically) "

That's probably the stupidest thing I've ever read in an employment ad.
