Their 1554 series looks like what you're looking for, assuming IP66 is a superset of IP65, or at least close enough. http://www.hammondmfg.com/1554FCLP.htm The 1554P2GYCL is 120 x 120 x 80 mm. Digi-Key has it in stock for $13.14 in singles, HM925-ND. I don't need a clear cover in my own project, so I'm using the Hammond R102-120 (it's way overkill for me!) for it right now. I'm using splash-and-dust resistant high-density D-subs from Positronics (their WDD series) for I/O connections, but although they've been generous with samples, they're a bit dicey on actual delivery, so be cautious. I had a local machine shop create the necessary holes in the box for me. > Second thing on the same subject of sorts, this is going to be mounted > in a trailer, so vibration is a concern. The box has internal bosses for mounting your board, so you just need to make sure the screws won't work loose. Lock washers or a dab of Loctite should do the trick. Big/heavy components like relays should have a dab of non-reactive RTV under them to damp (not dampen! we're trying to keep things dry here :-) their motion relative to the PCB. -- Dave Tweed -- http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist
