The best buy for your money is Kenny Wong's "Full ICD2" from his shop in
HK. He fully guarantees it to work exactly  like the ICD2 but better. It 
also
contains two 40P ZIF sockets to program anything the ICD2 can. I own two
of his, the "Full ICD2" and the "Mini ICD2". The Full is only $79 USD plus a
VERY reasonable $12 registered mail from HK, and it operates FULLY from
the USB port. I can't tell the difference in any way except it is half 
price. The
Mini operates from a DB9 serial port, MUCH slower than the USB.

They are all over EBay. You won't be disappointed.
