Have someone photo everything and put on website for others to sort through. No organization... just photos On 2006-Jul 31, at 18:57hrs PM, James Newtons Massmind wrote: This is a really... Heavy? Most are worth nothing, I'm sure. But there are a few that may be valuable. The problem is figuring out which ones are which. Just writing down all the part numbers to ebay them as a batch would take more time that I can afford. But I would feel really bad if I just trashed it and there were some rare, one of a kind tube in there that was just what was needed to bring some old system back to life... I don't know, does that make any sense? So, are there any Hams in SW Oregon who like to have a look through it? I have previously worked with people who ebayed items they knew to be of value and split the sale with me. And then there are the books, the tools, the speedo collection (more than 70 pair, don't ask) and goodness knows what else that needs to find a good home. And then I look in my garage and think of my kids... I spend time on my web sites and that is what I will give them that won't cost them anything. Just a DVD-ROM or so. The physical stuff needs to go away. --- James Newton, massmind.org Knowledge Archiver james@massmind.org 1-619-652-0593 fax:1-208-279-8767 http://www.massmind.org Saving what YOU know. -- http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist Gus S Calabrese Denver, CO 720 222 1309 303 908 7716 cell Please include and do not limit yourself to "spam2006".
