In SX Microcontrollers, SX/B Compiler and SX-Key Tool, bean wrote:

Remove the resonator. 
Program with the SX-Key.
Press Ctrl-K to bring up the SX clock configuration dialog.
Make sure the "On" check box is marked. (it's near the bottom).
Type in "20" in the input line and press TAB. 

Does it work now ?
