Rolling power blackouts in SoCal.... 

'Cause people here won't
A. Turn off the A/C.
B. Install a whole house fan, double pane windows and extra insulation.
C. Put up PV solar panels to help generate more power.
D. Plant trees and vines to shade the house.
E. Paint their houses white.

And I can complain 'cause I HAVE done all those things.

People in SoCal are 'freaking insane if you ask me... <grin>
