I personally keep my equipment till damaged. Fluke
meter are great  but the accesories then to NOT match
their meters............ Made in China? Basically keep
the meter and find other replacement. www.testpath.com
contains a list of possible substitution. I believe
Ponoma have compatible test lead.

Do you do an annual recalibration of all your test
equipment each year? May I ask why?
