No. Built my own.

The whole target circuit... Whole lot of other stuff I digged up. :-) 
LEDs, LCD, dials, LM335, LM336.

~0 volts. While running: 3.2V. Supply: 5.1V. I also discovered that at 
times, merely touching the multimeter probe restarts the circuit. Am I 
onto something here?
