When I click on the Icon to open it up, it shows the registers, commands, and code windows...but there are no controls for it, and the command window is not opening up.  The command window shows in my taskbar, but I am not able to interact with it in any way.

 

Here is the screenshot.  Notice "Commands" is my 'active' window.
