I guess I would put my concerns in the form of this question: Is there a 28/40 pin equivalent to the 16F88. Specifically: 1) Self-programmable 2) Similar peripheral set 3) Nano-watt capable I thought the 16F777 was going to be it, but it doesn't have enchanced flash, so it isn't self programmable.
