There's a LOT of this going on, Peter. Don't drop PIClist for this 
alone. Wait until your family home is stolen by
your city because the city thinks a newer, bigger home might bring in 
more tax revenue.

Any government big enough to give you anything you want is big enough to 
take everything you've got.
