Google for "slipstream windows". That's a technique to introduce service packs into the Windows installation, creating an installation that already includes those updates. Basically, you copy the Windows installation files to disk and call the update installation with the appropriate command line options. It inserts itself into the original Windows installation. However, I think you only can slipstream into a base version (no previous service packs slipstreamed). At least that's what I remember from my last attempts to slipstream SP2 into an SP1 CD.
