Hi there,
I need some help.
I want to program a PIC16F876A using PICKIT2. So I need to make a ICSP 
cable to do so.

I am a little confused as there is a line, from the programming 
header, labelled VDD_TGT.
I do not know if this line has to be connected or not.  If so where do 
I connect it?

The other lines, that I am familiar with, are: CLK, DAT, VPP.
