We keep having this discussing, and I don't know why it's so hard to
understand that IT'S NOT THE MAILER.  I and others have explained this a
bunch of time.  Lines are getting truncated somewhere between the sending
mailer and the receiving mailer.

Exactly.  I don't know why that seems so hard to understand for too many
people either.
