This is how to remove Windows Genuine Advantage Notifications Nag Screen =

without the need for the WGA patch.

1. Lauch Windows Task Manager.
2. End wgatray.exe process in Task Manager.
3. Restart Windows XP in Safe Mode.
4. Delete WgaTray.exe from c:\Windows\System32.
5. Delete WgaTray.exe from c:\Windows\System32\dllcache.
6. Lauch RegEdit.
7. Browse to the following location:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\
Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Notify
8. Delete the folder =91WgaLogon=92 and all its contents
9. Reboot Windows XP.
10. Use Windows Search and search for WGA and delete all files.

Then goto Security Center and disable windows automatic update and if =

you want to remove the red shield from your taskbar then use RegEdit =

goto HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Security Center and edit =

"UpdatesDisableNotify" and change 0 to 1 then press ok.

You can get all windows updates at http://windizupdate.com/ without
the need for Windows Genuine Advantage validation process.
