Yes.

I think that's why people keep trying. But nobody seems to be getting 
results even remotely
approaching his. It would be nice if he might come in from the cold to 
clarify things.

It would seem to me that by now, this technique would be used everywhere 
commercially.
Not an insinuatiion, just an observation. Because if it could be made to 
work, it would put
14-bit DACs into the realm of the dinosaur.
