Hi!

Could anyone recommend a good PCB design book, covering most from 
widths/clearences through thermals and SMD-pads to apertures and 
gerbers? I want to use it somewhat as a reference, if this do/use 
this... Bonuses would be things like (CE) certification and EMI.
