I sure would like to be able to convert my Outlook Express files to 
something like plain text. For whatever reason the published backup/restore 
functions have not worked for over a year.

My current number one criteria for a database of any type is that you must 
be able to save it to CSV format.
If I cannot do that I consider it as being held hostage.
