Run the ratsnest function and see if there are any unrouted nets.  Run the
DRC.

Hoping someone here knows  ... if I stop Eagle in the middle of a PCB
optimization (it's 100% routed already), is the resulting circuit still
valid?  Or could it be corrupt?

Reason I ask is because I have a circuit that has been
autorouting/optimizing since Thursday.  It's currently at 78% of optimize
pass #2 (of 4), and I need to order this board in the morning.  It's just a
functional prototype so I won't be too bothered if it's not completely
optimized, but it has to be correctly functional.
