Like Guenther said about the crystal, it might be better to have it closer to the chip and more direct traces, rather than going around the chip. One other thing you might want to also do is add a ground plane on the bottom, that is completely optional but it helps when you need to run items at very high speed. Also, you can have eagle make the copper pour for you rather than just drawing them, by using the polygon tool, took me a while to figure that out as well.
