I wouldn't expect them to - they never answered any of mine either.
Given the criminally poor state of their appnotes and generally poor 
distribution, I'm inclined to think "keep your head in the sand" is Atmel's 
corporate mantra. Or maybe it's "We're still waiting for engineering testing 
for that specification". Or maybe even "There's a 21 week lead time on that 
part"... :)
