If you want with bulbs with Fluor rather than Flour in them then - 

Best are Philips "Tornado" 
Up to twice as much light per Watt as some cheaper bulbs.

White
"Cool Daylight"
6500K
66 lumen / Watt
Much less commonly available alas than - 

Yukky yellow
"Warm White"
2700K
70 lumen / Watt

Hard disk crashes should NEVER result in substantial data loss.
