I use their products (some sensors) regularly and in the past few months, other huge companies in the same industry sector have started buying up those sensors, leading to shortages and excessive lead times. A few blaring phone calls to freescale got me some action, as they located a number of the parts for me and I grabbed them. But I'm still not getting the parts. Now, this is not Freescale's fault that there is a sudden demand for these parts, but I then got a marketing/spam email from a new person at freescale mentioning how he'd like to partner with us and left his personal email and mobile phone number. The phone number was invalid. And I am still waiting on a response from an email I sent him.
